 Mariners
View is a 20-unit luxury apartment complex located on the
shores of Cook Inlet in Bootleggers Cove at 726 O Place.
Apartment homes include living room with fireplace and large
bay window that overlooks Cook Inlet. Deck with adjoining
storage. Formal dining area. Kitchen with large pantry, 20
cubic foot frost-free side by side refrigerator/freezer with
automatic ice maker, electric range with self-cleaning oven,
dishwasher, disposal, built-in microwave oven. Oak cabinets
with bleached finish. Each apartment home has a washer and
dryer. Main entry has telephone intercom access system. Each
apartment has two master bedroom suites, each with abundant
closet space and its own private bath. Luxurious carpeting.
No-wax vinyl in kitchen and baths. All windows have
mini-blinds.
Mariners View has an Otis elevator. It is fully sprinklered
as
well as protected by a fire alarm system which is activated
by pull stations and smoke detectors. The building has
pressurized hallways to provide constant fresh air in public
areas. Apartments are heated with hot water baseboard heat,
provided by gas fired boilers. Domestic hot water is
provided by a central system utilizing gas heat / hot water
boilers. Gyp-Crete over floors and sound-retardant
construction.
Mariners View Apartments are available furnished or
unfurnished. Also available is "Housekeeping Inventory"
consisting of linens, kitchenware and color TV. Services
available include weekly housecleaning service if resident
desires.
